At M & W Optometry, our mission is to provide comprehensive eye care services tailored to each patient's needs. We believe that clear vision is essential for a healthy and happy life.

Meet our Doctors
Dr. Monika Murawska has been treating patients throughout Long Island for over 15 years and brings a wealth of professional knowledge to her practice at M & W Optometry.
Dr. Murawska earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus in 2008. Dr. Murawska is a certified myopia management provider and specializes in speciality contact lens fits. She is licensed to treat glaucoma, as well as a wide range of other eye related conditions such as dry eye, pink eye, and foreign body removal.
At M & W Optometry, Dr. Murawska also conducts diabetic exams, cataract evaluations and co-management with post cataract and LASIK procedures. She has experience working with neurodivergent children and adults.
Dr. Murawska lives on Long Island with her family and is fluent in Polish. She is excited to take care of her patients in her new office.
Meet our Doctors
Dr. Cynthia J. Wiener grew up on Long Island and received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Binghamton University. She then completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University where she earned a certificate in Advanced Studies in Retina. Dr. Wiener completed her clinical internships at the Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, NY, Kirman Eye in Hummelstown, PA, The Eye Associates in Bradenton, FL, and The Pediatric and Binocular Vision Department of The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Wiener is passionate about providing quality eyecare to all patients. She is licensed in therapeutic treatment and management of ocular disease. She is also certified in myopia management treatment with Ortho-K lenses.
When not working, Dr. Wiener enjoys spending time with her family and friends and cheering on the NY Mets and the NY Islanders.

Our doctors comanage patient care before and after cataract surgeries and LASIK procedure.
